Sister Property to Villa Marie Saint-Tropez, Villa Marie Saint-Barth is the new hotel of the french Sibuet family which opened on December 16, 2016 in Saint-Barthelemy.

A relaxed hilltop hotel above Colombier Beach is the newest address of Maisons and Hotels Sibuet, the France-based luxury hotel label owned by the Sibuet family.

Overlooking the spectacular Flamands bay, perched among the hills of Colombier, Villa Marie Saint-Barth is one of those destinations where the romance and charm are matched only by the rugged and exotic beauty of this island oasis… In the heart of a vast and verdant tropical garden, an intimate atmosphere awaits in true typical plantation style.
The hotel offers 21 individually decorated bungalows and villas with private pools all with sea views or luxury garden views.

Having perfected since 35 years their own signature French Art de vivre with Les Fermes de Marie in Megève, La Bastide de Marie in Provence, Cour des Loges in Lyon, and Villa Marie Saint-Tropez in Saint-Tropez, Maisons et Hotels Sibuet exports its own label overseas, on the most sophisticated yet laidback island.

“It’s not like any other hotel you’ve ever been in, and it’s definitely not like anything else on St Barths.” The Times

The Villa Marie Saint-Barth architectural style is a lovely blend of intermingling influences: from Colonial plantation spirit with colorful ethnic Caribbean Indian flair to lasting British influence, with a subtle dose of elegant French Art de vivre. Seashell accents, pink corals, vibrant flourishes of tropical fabrics, polished woods, mix with earthy decor elements, hand woven cordage and bamboo… Lush inviting outdoor living areas, covered porches and no shortage of windows combined with the decor to offer an abundance of fresh, cheerful and understated sophistication. Gypset design, subtle French- inspired charms a luxury amenities line arrayed by Jocelyne Sibuet, who has made her reputation as an arbiter of French country home decor.

Parrot Blue, Pineapple, Hibiscus, Jungle Passion… Each of the bungalows with unique names are adorned with subtle touches of vibrant hues of colors. Canopy beds, plush bespoke headboards, custom made furniture pieces with pearl inlays carefully crafted by artisans along the shores of the Mediterranean, vintage pieces unearthed from the far corners of the world, all contribute to the lovely boho chic ambiance. Verandas with private terraces, surrounded by exotic greenery, make guests feel as though they are on their own private island, savoring the view across the lagoon and the stunning Flamands Bay. Laidback luxury has never felt more enchanting.

François Plantation, mythical restaurant, is considered as an epicurean institution on the island. Well-known on St. Barts, the restaurant offers sophisticated French cuisine with a flourish of local colors. The hotel bar offers a collection of the finest rums of the region and Cuban cigars.
And for a touch of well-being, nothing better than a treatment Spa at Pure Altitude Spa.
