Colin Cowie Announces Partnership with World’s Tallest Residential Building

Lifestyle planner to the stars Colin Cowie – who’s designed events for everyone from Oprah Winfrey to Tom Cruise – is partnering with Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in world and home to the highest private club. In this first-ever collaboration, Colin will curate a bespoke living experience as the building’s exclusive lifestyle specialist and event planner for the residents of the ultra-luxury skyscraper along Billionaires’ Row.

Here, a five-sense approach and specialized staff have created a definitive experience throughout the building from ambiance that will be precisely formulated to ensure 24/7 comfort and tranquility to lights that adapt with the setting sun to music will grow in tempo from morning to night to custom seasonal scents are diffused.

For the Central Park Club, an exclusive offering of approximately 50,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated luxury services and amenities, Colin’s team will offer year-round experiences. Activated by Colin’s expert team, the space will feature such celebrity chefs as Alfred Portale, Laurent Tourondel, and Gabriel Kreuther, who will create an unparalleled food and beverage program.

The defining feature of Central Park Club is the 100th Floor, the highest private residential club in the world. Located over 1,000 feet above grade, the 100th Floor will house a private ballroom, a private bar, a dining room, a full-service kitchen, and wine and cigar lounges. The stunning interiors of the 100th Floor were designed by the internationally celebrated design firm Rottet Studio, who also designed the building’s residential interiors.

Additional amenities at Central Park Tower, located on the 14th and 16th floors, will include an expansive outdoor terrace with swimming pool and cabanas for entertaining, private screening room, residents’ lounge, children’s playground, a full floor of health, wellness, and spa amenities with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and more.
